i used to insist against such expressions, i find them rather distasteful, pretty, but empty, promises made for the sole purpose of breaking. yet i find myself increasingly hardpressed not to use them [...]

Recently, I gave a very close guy friend a huge dressing down.
I guess I am a buddy sorta girl, guy friends stop seeing me as a girl and treat me as their buddies. Which is really nice, and I’m pretty comfortable with it.

A recent conversation with my mom led to an unusual discovery.
Apparently, I used to quiet down when I saw this particular baby commercial when I was kid. I really liked it, or so it would seem.
